To earn a Microsoft silver competency, partners must demonstrate their expertise through a series of rigorous exams as well as their ability to deliver tailored Microsoft cloud solutions based on Office 365, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2012 to small and midmarket customer requirements. Microsoft also require customer references that demonstrate successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Securing the Microsoft Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions competency certification puts Dragon IS in the top 5% of managed services companies worldwide.
